The villa is bookable for US$330 per night (US$2,300 per week) during off season (May - end of October) and US$470 per night (US$3,150 per week) during high season. Rates applicable are also noted on the bookings calendar (see availability page).

We would ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit on booking, and the balance 45 days before arrival.

Please note that rates may be subject to government tax. We will advise of this at the time of booking.
